We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst Data Modeling to join our Data Sourcing team in our product unit – Financing Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our credit data model, ensuring alignment with lending strategies and regulatory compliance.
Your primary responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze credit data requirements, creating and maintaining comprehensive data models, and leading the design and optimization of data structures and databases for credit data storage and retrieval.
You will work closely with DevOps engineers to provide requirements for the build of the data platform, implement and validate data models, ensuring data accuracy and availability. Additionally, you will create and maintain documentation of data models, data lineage, and metadata for credit data.
As a Senior Business Analyst Data Modeling, you will serve as a subject matter expert in credit data sourcing, integration, distribution, and utilization within the business lending context.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Finance, Econometrics, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling and business analysis, particularly within the banking sector and credit data domain.
- Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques, including experience with data modeling software (such as Erwin and Enterprise Architect).
- Strong SQL skills for querying credit data.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to credit data is a plus.
- General understanding of IT topics (through technical background or job experience).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset to interpret complex credit data.
- Detail-oriented approach to data modeling and analysis.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for credit data mapping and improvements.
- Adaptability to evolving credit data requirements and industry changes.
- Ethical judgment and responsibility when handling sensitive credit data.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written, and open to cultural differences.
