Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to join our Operations Team. As a key player, you will ensure full engagement of our customers with our software solutions. Your role will involve cultivating long-lasting relationships and partnerships with customers and vendors, driving technological and operational advancements in our field. You will provide support, guidance, and solutions to address evolving needs and challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and train partners and oil rigs, monitoring performance and ensuring full understanding and correct usage of our solutions.
  • Manage project implementation, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding process for our customers.
  • Collaborate with the support team to detect and address customer support needs.
Requirements
  1. Residency in the Netherlands with a permanent work permit.
  2. Master's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  3. At least 5 years of experience in customer success, partner management, or a related role in the offshore and/or energy sectors.
  4. Exceptional English communication, collaboration, negotiation, and people skills.
  5. Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems.
