Job Summary

ASML is seeking a Chief Product Owner to lead the EUV Dose Control Function Cluster. This role requires a strong background in project or portfolio management, with experience in high-tech and high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define a compelling vision and translate it into a long-term roadmap that inspires team members.
  • Align stakeholders around the vision for the cluster, using effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Apply guardrails to balance demand over team capacity and competence.
  • Collaborate closely with POs and other CPOs.

Requirements

  • Master or PhD in Physics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • 10+ years of project or portfolio management experience in high-tech and high-pressure environments.
  • Experience in optical design, electronic control loops, SW architecture, and FW development.

Desired Skills

  • Excellent stakeholder management.
  • Capability of constant zoom in and out along the scope landscape.
  • In-depth domain knowledge and EUV system view.
  • Natural communicator with excellent leadership skills.
  • Master communication in English.
