Job Description

We are seeking a performance-driven individual with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn to join our team as a Business Development Associate.

We are looking for candidates capable of committing to a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week for a duration of 6 months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist towards business development and sales of specialty green coffee to roasters / customers within the European market and maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Contribute towards conducting analysis of market to identify client requirements
  • Assist with preparation of product samples, promotional material for clients
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing Bachelor / Masters or equivalent degree
  • Ability / preference to work in a dynamic / entrepreneurial environment
  • Willingness to learn and implement new sales techniques
  • Team player/problem solver, resourceful in creating solutions for customers
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English is required
  • Dutch / French / Spanish / Italian / Polish / German is a big plus
  • Must be based in the Netherlands
