About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior EWIS Functional Design Engineer to join our team at WFS PRO BV. As a key member of our Engineering department, you will be responsible for the execution of the functional design of electrical wiring interconnections, including analyzing design requirements, performing trade-off studies, making design choices, and designing wire harnesses constructions and interconnections.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute functional design of electrical wiring interconnections
  • Analyze design requirements and perform trade-off studies
  • Make design choices and design wire harnesses constructions and interconnections
  • Process aircraft systems data packages and write technical reports
  • Support continuous functional improvements of our Engineering tooling environment
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master in aerospace, electrical, or mechanical engineering
  • System design experience, including components, constructions, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Understanding of design processes and methods, including requirement definition and validation
  • Experience with Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) tools and MS Office
