Role Overview

The Global Advocacy Project Manager will play a crucial role in supporting the Advocacy, Influencer Marketing & Social Commerce Team in building a central hub for Advocacy, IM & Social Commerce strategy across the Coty Organization.

About the Role

This position requires a highly organized and efficient individual who can manage global projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with relevant stakeholders to build advocacy and social commerce frameworks and strategies across the Consumer Beauty Division.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying brands in their advocacy journey, assisting them in setting strategic frameworks, including influencer marketing, public relations, social selling, and natural advocacy.
  • Analyzing advocacy results and guiding brand teams on what is working and what may need to shift in their strategy.
  • Creating guidelines around social commerce, influencer marketing, PR/communications, and the advocacy ecosystem.
  • Responsible for a series of global advocacy pilots for selected brands and markets.
  • Ensuring alignment for advocacy, influencer marketing, and social commerce between internal stakeholders and managing stewardship across markets and teams.
  • Partnering with external measurement partners to organize trainings, manage COTY team access, and execute adaptation plans for influencer marketing measurement.
  • Overseeing and organizing administrative functions, invoicing, POs, expenses, travel, calendars, presentations, archives, etc.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with impactful results in strategy, advocacy, influencer marketing, and data-driven marketing, ideally matured in a strategic agency or leading brand.
  • A successful track record of driving significant business value from recommendations and insights developed through advanced analytical techniques.
  • Robust analytical skills, with the ability to identify business questions, analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical findings in layman's terms.
  • A strategic thinker with strong digital/influencer strategy and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English.

Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. This figure is an estimate based on industry standards and is not definitive.
