Your Mission

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to strengthen our Amsterdam team. This role involves handling day-to-day operations such as Google Ads and programmatic campaign management, leveraging data to drive revenue for the business, and collaborating with other departments to deliver the best value.

  • Lead the creation, implementation, and optimization of all display activity for your markets to drive revenue for the business.
  • Develop and publish campaigns, ensuring they meet business expectations.
  • Oversee Google Ads campaigns, guaranteeing that investments yield the expected revenue within the given timeframe.
  • Utilize data and analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize.
  • Analyze user journeys on our pages and work with the design team to optimize to the fullest extent.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Design, Data & Tech teams to bring campaigns to life.
  • Design and execute country marketing strategies to grow/maintain revenue.
  • Share important marketing actions taken with the Country Focus team(s).
  • Work with other teams to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Identify and test new verticals and funnels.
Your Profile
  • 2+ years of experience with Google Ads (Display) in multiple verticals.
  • Proficiency in segmenting large data sets to optimize campaigns (Knowledge of simple data tools is beneficial).
  • Experience in the mVAS industry or subscription-based businesses is preferred.
  • Experience with other marketing channels (Meta, Tiktok, GMP) is advantageous.
