Job Description
We're seeking a talented Global eCommerce Business Support Intern to join our international headquarters in Utrecht. As a key member of our Centre of Excellence (COE) team, you'll gain insider knowledge of commercial dynamics in an eCommerce environment and develop valuable skills in communication and project management.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing global eCommerce activities and online experiences for JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS, working closely with local markets and global departments.
- Supporting Amazon-related topics, such as global webinars and marketplace setup, to secure annual targets.
- Participating in analytical projects with local markets and global teams to assist the COE team.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Supply-chain, IT, and Finance, to ensure tasks are complete and projects are rolled out on time.
- Supporting content creation in line with our CASA principles and digital shelf execution guidelines.
As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a monthly internship allowance of €525, travel compensation, paid holidays, and the opportunity to learn from the best eCommerce professionals in the industry.
Requirements
We're looking for a driven and energetic individual with a structured approach, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work in a team and independently. You should be enrolled in a MSc or BSc program in International Business Management or a related field, with strong MS Office skills and fluent English proficiency.
