Role Overview

As a Sales Development Specialist at TTI, you will play a key role in growing our customer base by identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic relationships with existing customers. Your primary focus will be on building relationships and tailoring the sales approach to exceed customer requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with and support a defined customer base
  • Develop the sales area and build new customer relationships
  • Monitor quality figures for our customers
  • Provide price and delivery quotes
  • Follow-up quotes; process orders and monitor shipments to customers
  • Maintain successful supplier relationships
  • Coordinate deliveries and resolve customer complaints
  • Identify new sales opportunities and drive business growth

Your Qualifications
  • Commercial or technical vocational training
  • Several years of sales experience, particularly in telephone customer service
  • Experience in acquiring new customers
  • Experience in the electronics industry an advantage
  • Strong communication and team-working skills
  • Good knowledge of Dutch and English
  • MS-Office skills
