We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Eindhoven. As a key member of our Sales Operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales process improvement and adoption of globally defined sales operation procedures.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving and coordinating sales process improvement activities across our Bike Retail Sales teams. You will interact closely with colleagues from Shimano Europe and our Local Sales Offices to ensure seamless execution of sales operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creation and deployment of sales and account management processes across EU Retail markets
  • Providing assistance with requests, training, and onboarding new sales and refresher training for sales team members
  • Aligning cross-functional departments and ensuring they are engaged in sales motions
  • Coordinating with cross-functional departments to deploy sales actions and follow up to ensure delivery of aligned actions
  • Researching and translating sales and account management concepts, combining with practical input, and translating to operations in laymen's terms for the Local Sales Office
  • Ensuring alignment with cross-functional departments on key initiatives before rolling out to our markets
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Business Analyst to document requirements to develop new systems and automation of processes

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
  • 4-6 years of experience in sales or similar operational support roles
  • A comprehensive understanding of business and operating models in B2B retail environments
  • Understanding of and experience with CRM, ERP, and account management
  • Effective stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong communication skills in English for an international audience
  • Self-motivation, excellent organizational and planning ability, and strong analytical skills
