Position Overview:
As a Technical Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing, organizing, and executing Preventive Maintenance to fulfill contractual obligations;
  • Effectively allocating technicians and subcontractors for Preventive Maintenance tasks;
  • Managing and processing maintenance requests;
  • Coordinating necessary resources, ensuring timely provision of materials and services;
  • Initiating and overseeing follow-up actions, while ensuring adherence to established procedures and systems;
  • Reporting any discrepancies to the management;
  • Updating changes in contract scope and issuing detailed maintenance schedules;
  • Preparing, executing, and overseeing assigned Maintenance Contracts;
  • Communicating planned and completed tasks to clients, third parties, and internal teams;
  • Maintaining master data and generating maintenance reports.
