Wat kan jij bereiken als Senior Manager - Business & Human Rights?

We adviseren onze klanten over de identificatie, het begrijpen en het aanpakken van hun mensenrechten in het kader van de OECD-Gidslijnen, de UNGPs, de huidige en toekomstige regelgeving op het gebied van due diligence in de waardenketen en helpen hen hun sociale impact te verbeteren.

Onze teamleden werken samen met ondernemingen, overheden en non-profitorganisaties om complexe sociale vraagstukken, risico's en kansen te begrijpen. We ontwikkelen en implementeren praktische antwoorden om duurzame positieve verandering te creëren. Jouw uitdagingen
  • Win en beheer projecten in het domein van mensenrechten en HR&E due diligence; bijdragen aan projecten als onderwerpdeskundige (bijv. Minimum Sociale Veiligheidsmaatregelen in het kader van EU-taxonie, DE&I, ESRS S1-4, sociale impact van hernieuwbare energieprojecten of de gebruik van kritieke grondstoffen)
  • Werken direct met klanten
  • Onderwijzen en coachen van KPMG-collega's die in uw vakgebied actief zijn en helpen anderen de gevolgen van mensenrechten voor hun klanten te articuleren
  • Samenwerken met industrie-acteurs en stakeholders
  • Spelen een centrale rol bij onze marktpresence en thought leadership in het veld van business en mensenrechten
Dit neem je mee
  • Significant kennis van en 10+ jaar ervaring op het gebied van business en mensenrechten
  • Sterk voorkeur voor voorafgaande ervaring in zowel consultancy- als in-house functies (corporatiesector of financiële sector)
  • Ervaring in de implementatie van relevante tools en methodologieën, zoals stakeholderconsultaties, sociale onderzoek, sociale audits, mensenrechten- en milieuruiskansen, mensenrechten-impactassessments
  • Sterk communicatieve vaardigheden, inclusief rapporten schrijven en presenteren in het Engels en (bij voorkeur) Nederlands
  • Ervaring in het beheren van projecten op wereldschaal
  • De mogelijkheid om vanuit meerdere stakeholderperspectieven te denken
