Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their unique requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide proactive support to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical developments, ensuring you are equipped to provide expert support to customers.
- Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and other support resources to help customers self-serve.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong technical skills, with experience in a customer support environment, preferably in a veterinary or laboratory setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Availability to work full-time, with a willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
