Manage skilled practices in Technical and Environmental Due Diligence to provide best-in-class services for Commercial Real Estate clients. Build and manage high-performance teams. Ensure on-time, on-budget completion of staff assignments. Take accountability for invoicing and accounts receivable. Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with prospective customers. Develop and implement strategies to grow the practice.

Support additional business development efforts. Prepare proposals collaboratively with the professional team and oversee proposal communication and negotiation with clients. Build company credibility, brand value, and trust with prospective customers; Gain knowledge, insight and understanding from key decision-makers regarding client's needs/challenges; Identify strategies and product types that address client's needs. Develop a strong presence with clients in the due professional community; Represent the company at tradeshows and conferences, attend industry-specific networking events, and contribute to blog postings and other company marketing efforts. Strategize with and support the other members of the team to cohesively market all Partner services. Stay current on the requirements of various financial products, legislative updates, utility incentives, and municipal initiatives that affect our business and communicate that information both internally and externally.

Person Specification

Relevant environmental and/or surveying qualifications. Existing client network and the ability and drive to generate new client relationships. Proven new business generation experience. Five to ten+ years post qualification experience.
