As a Senior Procurement and Category Management expert, you will play a key role in shaping ING's procurement strategy and driving business growth. We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Technology Procurement team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for the Technology category, aligning with ING's business objectives and sustainability goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to negotiate complex contracts with suppliers, ensuring best-in-class terms and conditions.
  • Manage and optimize procurement processes, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored procurement solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, ensuring a high level of service and value delivery.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement and category management, with a focus on Technology and IT.
  • Proven track record of delivering cost savings and process improvements.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Knowledge of procurement laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance.
