About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Contracts Coordinator to support our Programs & Project and Solution & Adoption division staff in the creation of high-quality Statements of Work (SoWs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the creation of SoWs by actively writing and adjusting content based on intake sessions with stakeholders.
  • Correct and optimize draft SoWs provided by vendors to ensure high-quality output.
  • Ensure SoWs are of increasing quality, incorporating earlier feedback in new SoWs.
  • Lighten the workload for SoW creation for various ACOs in the Program & Projects and Solution & Adoption teams.
  • Ensure a smooth, effective, and quick approval process.
  • Support ACOs in aligning larger SoWs with the wider Canon IT ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master Degree
  • Related business experience and knowledge
  • Understanding of IT projects and deliveries, with ability to relate to SoW content
  • Experience with writing of SoWs is a must-have skill
  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Prince2 / Agile qualification is a nice-to-have
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with excellent eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and within pre-determined guidelines
  • Ability to quickly understand the legal framework and create sharp legal wording
