We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing and Communications professional to join our team as Head of Communications UK. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our marketing and communications efforts in the UK, driving business growth and building strong relationships with our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy for ABN AMRO UK, aligning with our global brand and business objectives.
- Lead a team of marketing and communications professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of marketing campaigns and communications initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and risk, to develop and implement marketing and communications plans that drive business results.
- Manage and execute marketing and communications budgets, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving desired outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and industry partners, to promote ABN AMRO UK's brand and business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to inform marketing and communications strategies and initiatives.
- Relevant marketing and communications degree and experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and communications initiatives.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve business objectives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing and communications plans.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
