As a Junior E-commerce Manager at Undutchables, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our webshop. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire e-commerce process, from product management to customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Product Management: Ensure that the right products are uploaded to the webshop, and that they are accurately represented.
- Customer Service: Handle customer interactions, process orders, manage returns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of various systems, spotting potential issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Marketing team to enhance the webshop and provide input on product development.
- Communication: Communicate and collaborate with external German partners, and provide translations and German texts for the webshop.
- Analysis: Analyze and utilize various online sales channels in collaboration with the Web Development team.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and spoken German and English (Dutch is a big plus for internal communication)
- You have your own transportation
- You have a valid working permit
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
- Quick learner with the ability to work across multiple systems
- Ability to maintain an overview of your work and various processes, with strong prioritization skills
- A team player with a knack for collaboration and organization
- Analytical and decision-making skills with a proactive mindset
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a commercial background
- Preferably, experience in an e-commerce environment
