E-Commerce Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our supply chain, including managing third-party logistics services and e-commerce tools like Shopify, Amazon, and Aftership. You will work closely with our founder team, product supply chain teams in Asia, customer service teams, and international partners in the US and EU.
Your Responsibilities- Lead our operational supply chain, excluding manufacturing
- Coordinate with global warehousing and fulfillment partners
- Manage inventory, improve fulfillment performance, and shipping costs
- Lead demand forecasting and take control of our inventory with intelligent Excel databases and historic data and seasonal forecasting analytics
- Enhance customer satisfaction through improved fulfillment communication
- Lead proactive operations-related communication between various internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report on key operations metrics
- Monitor basic legal compliance across e-commerce operations
- 5 years' experience in e-commerce operations or related
- Degree in supply chain, business administration, data analytics, or relevant field
- Strong experience with operational parts of e-commerce services such as Shopify, Amazon, 3PL platforms, and Aftership
- Tech savvy & high proficiency with Excel, able to build and maintain inventory management databases and contribute to team-wide forecasting efforts
- Experience managing external stakeholders like 3PLs or software solution providers
- Strong sense of ownership & reasonable stress resistance, scaleup environment
- Based in NL and open for hybrid work is a plus
- Highly organized, strong time management & communication skills
- €45-60.000 per year for 40 hours per week
