Your RoleWe are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Operations Manager to lead our operational supply chain, excluding manufacturing. This role will involve coordinating with global warehousing and fulfillment partners, managing inventory, improving fulfillment performance and shipping costs, and leading demand forecasting. The successful candidate will also be responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction through improved fulfillment communication and leading proactive operations-related communication between various internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Lead our operational supply chain, excluding manufacturing
- Coordinate with global warehousing and fulfillment partners
- Manage inventory, improve fulfillment performance and shipping costs
- Lead demand forecasting
- Enhance customer satisfaction through improved fulfillment communication
- Lead proactive operations-related communication between various internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report on key operations metrics
- Monitor basic legal compliance across e-commerce operations
- 5 years' experience in e-commerce operations or a related field
- Degree in supply chain, business administration, data analytics, or a relevant field
- Strong experience with operational parts of e-commerce services such as Shopify, Amazon, 3PL platforms, and Aftership
- Tech savvy & high proficiency with Excel, able to build and maintain inventory management databases and contribute to team-wide forecasting efforts
- Experience managing external stakeholders like 3PLs or software solution providers
- Strong sense of ownership & reasonable stress resistance, scale-up environment
- Based in NL and open for hybrid work is a plus
- Highly organized, strong time management & communication skills
- € per year for 40 hours per week
