About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Partnership Manager to join our team at SPARQUE B.V. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with sales partners and e-commerce platform providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and partnership strategies, including marketing initiatives, co-selling and collaborative product development to increase the visibility of our products.
  • Identify and recruit potential channel partners, such as digital agencies and system integrators, who can resell, implement and support our products and services.
  • Platform partner development: Identifying, evaluating and establishing partnerships with technology companies, vendors and service providers in the e-commerce space.
  • Sales enablement: conducting market and competitive analyses to identify new business development opportunities and developing sales strategies.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to develop customised solutions and joint go-to-market strategies.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in e-commerce platforms or software.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management and/or sales & marketing.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills across different stakeholder groups and hierarchy levels.
  • High level of self-motivation and results-orientation.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
