Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Partner Manager to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with sales partners and e-commerce platform providers. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and partnership strategies, including marketing initiatives, co-selling, and collaborative product development to increase the visibility of our products.
The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in e-commerce platforms or software, as well as 3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, and/or sales & marketing. They will have strong communication and negotiation skills across different stakeholder groups and hierarchy levels.
The Partner Manager will work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product management, and engineering to develop customised solutions and joint go-to-market strategies. This is a challenging role in an innovative start-up environment with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Several years of experience in e-commerce platforms or software
3+ years of experience in business development, partnership management, and/or sales & marketing
Strong communication and negotiation skills across different stakeholder groups and hierarchy levels
High level of self-motivation and results-orientation
Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Estimated Salary: € 60,000 - € 80,000 per year
