E-commerce Operations Specialist

As an E-commerce Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our webshop. This includes monitoring performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize the customer experience.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively analyze webshop performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance the webshop and improve customer engagement.
- Coordinate actions across different departments to ensure seamless execution.
- Attend regular meetings with other E-commerce Operations Specialists to share best practices and discuss challenges.
- Prepare and lead KPI meetings to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Assist the Customer Service team by handling customer interactions, processing orders, and managing returns.
- Supervise the Customer Service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee debt management coordination to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
- Ensure the right content is uploaded to the webshop, including products and translations.
- Communicate and collaborate with external partners to drive business growth.
- Analyze and utilize various online sales channels in collaboration with the Web Development team.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English (Dutch is a plus for internal communication).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to work across multiple systems.
- Ability to maintain an overview of work and various processes, with strong prioritization skills.
- A team player with a knack for collaboration and organization.
- Analytical and decision-making skills with a proactive mindset.
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a commercial background.
- Preferably, experience in an e-commerce environment.
