E-commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized E-commerce Manager to join our team at Undutchables. As an E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our webshop, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving business growth through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve webshop performance, customer engagement, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Supervise and mentor the Customer Service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English (Dutch is a plus for internal communication).
- Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
- Minimum HBO work and thinking level, preferably with a commercial background.
- Experience in an e-commerce environment is a plus.
- Full-time position (40 hours/week) in a flat organizational structure.
- Monthly travel allowance (from 10 km one way).
- 25 vacation days per year based on a 40-hour workweek.
- 8% holiday pay.
