We are seeking a seasoned Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for developing attraction strategies, promoting Arcadis as an employer of choice among students, and managing candidate pipelines. You will work closely with the Early Careers Recruitment Manager to inform the annual Early Careers strategy, leveraging data to drive decision-making and future partnerships.
This fast-paced role requires strong stakeholder engagement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. Key responsibilities include leading sourcing efforts for Early Careers opportunities, supporting attraction through various channels, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
We are looking for an experienced early careers recruiter with a minimum of three cycles of experience within the European market. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, with proficiency in either German or French being highly desirable. Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a passion for diversity and inclusion are also vital qualities for this role.
The ideal candidate will possess a continuous improvement mindset, be willing to challenge conventional thinking, and demonstrate resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork skills. A salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum reflects the level of expertise required for this position, commensurate with industry standards and the location of the role.
