About the Role

You will have a key role in Portfolio Management Retail, interacting with a wide range of experts and using your analytical skills to drive the management of our mortgage and savings portfolios. Your primary clients will be the Retail Banking's Management Team and our Executive Board Members.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive portfolio growth and profitability
  • Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve business objectives
  • Foster the growth and development of junior staff
  • Manage and analyze complex numerical data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with experts from various fields on strategic projects

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience in a subset of the following fields: Basel Framework, hedging, pricing, liquidity risk, behavioural modelling, prepayment risk, valuation of mortgage loans, structuring and reporting
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and PowerBI
