Job Description:

As a Functional Application Manager Retail Banking IT, you will be responsible for the management and stability of the application landscape for Retail Banking customers and employees. This includes the support and lifecycle management of SaaS applications from a complete end-to-end perspective, working closely with stakeholders in the Retail Banking value chain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guarantee the quality and continuity of business services, preventing incidents and resolving them quickly and effectively when they occur.
  • Manage and coordinate IT service management processes for your applications, including incident, problem, and change management.
  • Participate in relevant IT changes and projects, and ensure the final acceptance of these changes on your applications.

About the Team:

You will be part of the Retail Banking IT team, working in a multidisciplinary Agile product team with various functions, including Application Managers, Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and more.

Requirements:

You have at least 4 years of experience in managing multiple applications, including full responsibility for lifecycle management, preferably within Financial Services. You have strong communication skills, are creative, entrepreneurial, emphatic, and can work together with different disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • WO or HBO level with an IT background.
  • Fluent in English, with fluency in Dutch a plus.
  • Knowledge of the most recent ITIL framework, ASL, and/or BiSL.
  • Experience in working in Agile/Scrum teams.
