About the Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Solutions Manager to join our Retail Banking team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the application landscape for Retail Banking customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Guarantee the quality and continuity of business services by preventing incidents and resolving them quickly and effectively.
- Manage and coordinate IT service management processes for applications, including incident, problem, and change management.
- Participate in relevant IT changes and projects, and ensure the final acceptance of these changes on your applications.
About the Team
You will be part of our Retail Banking IT team, working in a multidisciplinary SCRUM team with colleagues from various functions, including Application Managers, Business Analysts, and Data Engineers.

What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a skilled IT Solutions Manager who has experience in managing multiple applications, including full responsibility for lifecycle management, preferably within Financial Services. You should have strong communication skills, be creative, entrepreneurial, empathetic, and able to work together with different disciplines.
Requirements
- WO or HBO level with a focus on IT and an IT background.
- At least 4 years of work experience in managing multiple applications, including full responsibility for lifecycle management, preferably within Financial Services.
- Fluent in English (fluency in Dutch is a plus).
- Capable of coaching and helping colleagues on behavior as well as content.
- Love to solve incidents and make sure they don't happen again.
- Keep cool in stressful times.
- Solution-oriented and strive to get the best results.
- Knowledge of the most recent ITIL framework, ASL, and/or BiSL.
- Experienced in working in Agile/Scrum teams.
