About the Role

Thales is seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team in Delft, Netherlands. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, development, and validation of the Above Water Warfare System (AWWS) for a specific customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze and manage customer requirements
- Contribute to system modeling and design through Model Based System Engineering (MBSE)
- Provide solutions to technical questions from internal and external stakeholders
- Build up and maintain the knowledge base of subsystems

Requirements

- BSc or MSc degree in electrical engineering, computer science, aerospace engineering, or similar field
- At least five years of experience in system engineering
- Good communication skills towards internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Dutch, or willingness to learn Dutch
