About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative Leader to join our team at MSX International. As a Sales Representative Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching a dynamic team of Sales Support Agents to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support the day-to-day performance of your team, including planning and coordinating shifts.
  • Coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the client to understand their needs and implement changes to improve team performance.
  • Monitor and analyze team performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
  • Develop and maintain a culture of customer satisfaction within the team.
Requirements
  • Commercial education and/or relevant experience in leading a team.
  • Strong affinity with the Automotive industry and a willingness to develop expertise in this field.
  • Commercial mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Precise, accurate, and analytical in your work, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Lean certification or previous experience in process improvement.
  • Client-oriented, with the ability to listen and understand customer needs.
  • Target-oriented, with the ability to analyze and track performance data and take corrective action when necessary.
