Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

To drive profitable and sustainable market share growth within assigned key accounts while respecting the adidas brand image.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the brand externally and internally as an ambassador towards all functions and vice versa.
  • Develop the Foot Locker account across Europe through the Strategic Business Plan with sign-off by the direct superior.
  • Understand the account business and maintain accurate Account Fact Books.
  • Monitor sell-out and order book, ensuring cost-effective and reliable supply/delivery for the account.
  • Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance.
  • Work within agreed adidas trade terms with the account.

KPI's:

  • Market share growth within the category or account, including digital strategy and in-store branded space solutions.
  • Budget/Sales target compliance.
  • Inventory/Sales development/Order Book Management.
  • Account contractual agreements are followed at all times.

Key Relationships:

  • Foot Locker buying and planning departments.
  • adidas Sales, CtC, respective BUs, Brand Marketing, Finance, Business Planning, Customer Service.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous experience in the Sporting goods or Fashion Industries at a similar level.
  • Strong communication skills: written, oral, and presentation.
  • Results-oriented attitude.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • Excellent English skills.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
  • Fully competent with IT packages (Excel, PowerPoint to an advanced level).
  • Strong presentation skills.
