Senior Verification Engineer for Secure ASIC Cores

Rambus, a leading provider of high-performance memory interface chips and Silicon IP, is seeking an exceptional Senior Verification Engineer to join our Security team in the Netherlands. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $140,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses and equity.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing verification test plans, testbenches, infrastructure, and platforms to produce thoroughly verified and robust products. As a Senior Verification Engineer, you will work closely with our architecture and design teams in specification and customer requirement reviews. You will also implement best verification practices, improve existing methodologies and flows, and tackle sophisticated problems to develop scalable solutions.
We are looking for someone with six or more years of experience working as a verification engineer or related field. You should have a strong understanding of standard ASIC verification techniques, including test planning, testbench creation, code and functional coverage, directed and system Verilog-based constrained random stimulus generation, self-checking – scoreboards, predictors, or reference models, and assertions. Familiarity with advanced verification techniques such as object-oriented testbenches and formal verification is beneficial.
Required Skills and Qualifications- BS or MS degree in electrical or computer engineering or closely related degree strongly preferred;
- Six or more years of experience working as a verification engineer or related field;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills: ability to explain complex concepts in front of technical audience;
- High technical competence that includes a track record of effective verification of complex digital designs;
- Solid understanding of standard ASIC verification techniques;
- Familiarity with advanced verification techniques such as object-oriented testbenches and formal verification;
