Job Summary

The Global Media Procurement Manager will be responsible for driving effectiveness and efficiency in our media spend. The goal is to extract value from our A&P investment while driving superior topline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Media Transparency: Support the deployment of initiatives such as media audits and ad verification to ensure we maximize the impact of our media investment.
  • Martech: Identify and manage best-in-class tools for media campaigns and owned social activities, in partnership with IT and business partners.
  • Agencies and Partners Management: Identify and manage media agencies, publishers, and social/community management agencies in close partnership with business partners.
  • Retail Media: Support initiatives to integrate specialist agencies, strike partnerships with key publishers, and data solutions providers to drive our retail media strategy.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of professional media procurement experience, preferably in a global or regional marketing procurement role within a large matrix organization.
  • Strong media industry-specific experience, including media procurement combined with media marketing and/or media agency/media auditing.
  • Collaborative and well-versed in forging strong alliances to support business growth.
  • Highly developed communication and influencing skills.
  • Strategic vision combined with hands-on/entrepreneurial skills, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and able to bring clarity and structure.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and work in a fact-based manner.
  • Analytical mindset and high level of financial acumen.
  • Fluency in English, French is an asset.
