About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team at Webfleet Solutions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to our clients, addressing their day-to-day challenges and ensuring their satisfaction throughout the customer journey.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for growth, implement business reviews, and deliver on agreed actions to increase revenue potential and minimize churn rates.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their organization, needs, goals, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze product usage data to actively take necessary actions to improve product adoption and reduce churn.
  • Escalation Management: Take ownership of escalations until solved according to customer expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships.
  • Technical Skills: Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience.
  • Language Skills: English and Dutch language fluency required.
