As a Project Manager Banking at ITDS Business Consultants, you will be responsible for leading projects that drive meaningful change in the financial sector. Your expertise will be utilized to manage complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and open communication.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial sector.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Knowledge of Agile/SAFe/Scrum methodologies and experience with project management tools.
