About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Opto-Mechatronic Designer/Architect to join our team at Sioux Technologies. As a key member of our high-tech team, you will play a central role in the development and integration of optical modules into mechatronic systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop opto-mechatronic systems, including illumination and imaging/machine vision applications.
  • Integrate optical (sub-)systems, including opto-mechanics, tolerance analysis, metrology, and calibration.
  • Work on the design of one-offs as well as series production, including industrialization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Guide junior engineers and contribute to the growth and development of the Physics & Optics group.
