Job Title: Administrative Talent Wanted for Housekeeping Team

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to join our housekeeping team at Anantara as an Office Coordinator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our Assistant Housekeeping Executives and Housekeeping Executive in their day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage working hours of team members and outside labor;
  • Audit and update schedules to ensure accurate holiday and time-off tracking;
  • Place orders for supplies and equipment using SAP system;
  • Monitor linen usage costs, including purchasing, laundry, and replacement;
  • Process charges related to housekeeping services billed to guest accounts;
  • Administer productivity reports to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the housekeeping team;
  • Oversee LQA audits to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded;
  • Manage daily attendance records of team members; ensure accurate sign-in and sign-out procedures;
  • Maintain inventory, distribution, and upkeep of all linens used in the hotel;
  • Keep track of lockers in changing rooms for all team members;
  • Monitor and control stock of housekeeping supplies and conduct monthly inventory counts.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Punctuality and stress resistance;
  • Experience in luxury hospitality is a plus;
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays;
  • Proficiency in Excel and internal systems such as SAP and GoTickin;
  • Experience working with different cultures and effective communication;
  • Excellent English language proficiency, Dutch is a plus.

What We Offer:

An attractive salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
