Job Summary:

Toshiba is seeking a highly skilled Service Sales Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing sales contracts and managing customer relationships to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities through the entire sales cycle.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with key customers, agents, and lead generators to enhance sales opportunities.
  • Present and demonstrate Toshiba Services to client senior executives, highlighting salable features and benefits.
  • Maintain accurate customer sales records, expense plans, and budgets.
  • Respond to customer RFP/RFI requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with other functional departments to ensure customer and company requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Dutch and English language skills to a professional level.
  • A proven track record of sales accomplishments and/or above quota achievement.
  • Experience working in the Retail industry, possessing relevant business knowledge or actual experience.
  • A contact base of relevant industry clients within the given geography or portfolio.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with client senior management levels.
  • PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to learn corporate or industry software.
