About the Role

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sales Service Account Manager to develop a portfolio of National Accounts in key growth verticals. This role involves developing new lines of business and growing market share for Carrier Service Sales.

As a strategic partner and advisor, you will work with key clients to discover new opportunities and drive sales through working with customers to identify and close sales opportunities across the full range of Carrier CHVAC Service Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with existing and potential customers
  • Develop senior level relationships
  • Work with the Europe Service Strategic Account manager to provide local input with strategic accounts
  • Identify, qualify, and develop a pipeline of sales opportunities for a key accounts portfolio
  • Lead the customer account planning cycle ensuring account plans are in place with each assigned customer aligned to their needs and expectations of Carrier
  • Negotiate contracts to deliver orders, sales & margin targets
  • Closes sales opportunities and coordinates customer onboarding
  • Embraces Salesforce CRM to record leads, contacts, activities, opportunities and create an accurate forecast of orders
