Service Sales Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Execute sales contracts for Professional Services, Maintenance, Managed Services, and Installation Services for existing and new clients to achieve revenue targets.
Establish and maintain high-level contact with key customers, agents, and lead generators to enhance sales opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of sales opportunities.
Present Toshiba Services to client executives and emphasize salable features such as company vision, strategy, and return-on-investment studies.
Maintain accurate customer sales records, expense plans, and related databases while responding to customer RFP/RFI requests in a timely and professional manner.
Work closely with other functional departments to ensure customer and company requirements are met or exceeded.
What We Are Looking For:
Essential:
- Dutch and English language skills to a professional level.
- A proven track record of sales accomplishments and/or above quota achievement.
- Experience working in the Retail industry with relevant business knowledge or actual experience.
- A contact base of relevant industry clients within the given geography or portfolio.
- A demonstrable history displaying in-depth knowledge of sales and account management techniques, specifically Service Sales.
- Strong presentation skills with the capability of interacting with client senior management levels.
- PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to maintain good working relationships with other functional departments.
Desirable:
- Full driving license.
