Business Process Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Manager to join our team at ABN AMRO. In this role, you will be responsible for driving scalable growth by identifying, analyzing, and documenting business processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and documenting all end-to-end processes at Tikkie.
  • Adding structure and bringing BPM to the next level through continuous improvement.
  • Initiating BPM governance throughout the entire company and helping colleagues understand processes.
  • Overseeing 1-2 risk areas, identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to ensure organizational stability and compliance.

Requirements include:

  • Proven experience as a Business Process Manager or in a similar role.
  • Experience in one or multiple non-financial risk areas, such as Know Your Customer (KYC), fraud, changing laws and regulations, compliance, financial reporting, or Information Technology (IT).
  • Active communication style and ability to engage with colleagues.
  • Good understanding of documenting and visualizing processes in an efficient way, explainable to a wide group of stakeholders.
  • Track record of data-driven process improvements, preferably in a fast-changing and complex working environment.
