Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Change Implementation Lead to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of financial risk processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily activities of the VPT FR team, supporting change implementation for Basel Chain, IFRS Chain, model implementation, and FR&R.
  • Collaborate with Value Delivery Teams to design solutions for complex changes that impact the value chain, working with specialists in multiple fields.
  • Promote balanced representation of bank, supervisor, and stakeholder interests within applicable processes and procedures.
  • Act as a linking pin between design and implementation, providing guidance on questions from implementing grids and programs.
  • Lead a team of 15-20 POs and Business Developers, making decisions based on strategic banking interests while maintaining day-to-day delivery focus.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Exact Sciences.
  • 8-12 years of experience in banking, interacting with various stakeholders across departments and senior management.
  • Good knowledge of credit risk and regulations, modeling, banking products, financial institutions, and risk management.
  • Proven experience in leading support of Financial Risk Processes and chains.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work independently, translate strategic views into concrete execution, and drive results-oriented teams.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliancy requirements, Basel regulations, prudential reporting, and/or RWA calculation, IFRS regulation.
Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary of €120,000 - €150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible hours, a good pension scheme, an annual public transport season ticket, a personal development budget of €1,000 per year, and a supplementary benefit budget of 11% to cover additional expenses.
