The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Marketing team as an Event Management Intern. As an intern, you will assist the Event Managers in planning, organizing, and coordinating various events, including international conferences and exhibitions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that Damen's brand identity is well presented during every event.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage events, including conferences, exhibitions, and other marketing activities
  • Research new event and exhibition possibilities to work on the event strategy of Damen
  • Update event pages with new designs and content
  • Support the Event Managers in their daily tasks and activities
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other ongoing activities at the Marketing Communications department
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Full-time availability on our Gorinchem location
