Dredging Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our Dredging team in Gorinchem, Netherlands. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the operational execution of sold services products, ensuring that our customers' expectations are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Streamline operational questions and requests from clients and internal stakeholders;
- Coordinate, monitor, evaluate, prioritize, and adjust operational project execution;
- Manage contracts and programs for sold projects;
- Identify and assess operational risks and their potential impact;
- Monitor customer satisfaction and manage expectations, taking necessary actions to achieve desired results;
- Advise Account Management, Operations, and Supply Chain on operational execution of current and future projects;
- Build and maintain a network of internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree;
- Experience in a similar position, preferably with a technical background in the maritime sector or dredging;
- Strong planning and organizing skills;
- Result-oriented with initiative and management skills;
- Proficiency in Dutch and English;
- Effective communication with team members and stakeholders;
- Pragmatic and persuasive with a solid personality, fitting within a dynamic organization with a hands-on culture;
- Decisive and flexible with a methodical approach;
- Able to influence, put things into perspective, and have the patience needed to achieve results;
- Well-able to manage expectations.
