Sales Strategy Manager

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to set up and expand existing and new business activities in the Netherlands and Belgium for our international and innovative client, a manufacturer of filter media and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Technical customer advice and sales of customer-specific filter media and systems.
- Sales responsibility in the sales area (Netherlands and Belgium) in close cooperation with the internal sales department.
- Independent development of medium and long-term customer acquisition strategies.
- Acquisition of new customers and existing customers.
- Proactive and independent customer advice in terms of transparent contract processes and occurring costs.
- Leading negotiations about prices, conditions, and contracts as well as complaint management.
- Offer creation and follow-up as well as the system-side processing of orders.
- Successfully completed technical vocational training or a degree in engineering or comparable.
- Technical sales (field service) experience in industrial filtration technology.
- Passionate about providing technical advice on products that require explanation.
- Strong service mentality, high customer orientation, and communication skills.
- Team player mentality, very high self-motivation, curiosity, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
- Fluent oral and written Dutch communication skills as well as advanced English language skills.
- Class B driving license.
- Willingness to travel in the Netherlands and Belgium approximately three days per week.
- Self-selected company car - also for private use.
- Working from the home office - with regular events at the company location in Germany.
