About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality & Training Specialist to join our team at MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customer service teams deliver exceptional service and uphold our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the quality of interactions and develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our team members.
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with our quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Analyze data and create reports to share insights and drive business decisions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various departments to optimize our services and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance and/or training role within customer care, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Certification in training and development or quality management is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and coaching teams.
  • Proficiency in customer care tools and quality monitoring systems.
