We're seeking a seasoned communications professional with a proven track record in media relations, crisis communications, and team leadership. Proficiency in writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills is essential for success in this role.

The successful candidate will have experience working in or managing a PR agency and previous crisis communications experience. They will also be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.

As a member of our team, you will contribute to the development of Europe-focused PR materials, build and nurture relationships with external media outlets, and lead the team in managing partnerships with Prologis PR agency partners in Europe.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute PR strategies to increase awareness and positive perception of Prologis' brand, leadership team, and workplace culture.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with senior leaders, regional teams, and external stakeholders to advance company goals.
  3. Contribute to the development of Europe-focused PR materials, including press releases, blogs, company fact sheets, and other public-facing materials.
  4. Manage partnerships with Prologis PR agency partners in Europe and work with the Global Communications team to ensure the company is tracking, monitoring, and measuring media coverage.
  5. Prepare company spokespeople in Europe for media interviews and other engagements, including training spokespeople as needed.
  6. Identify external opportunities to showcase Prologis' thought leadership and create innovative PR programs to increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in media/PR, preferably in real estate, commercial development, public affairs, community affairs, or finance.
  • Demonstrated experience in media relations, crisis communications, and team leadership.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience working in or managing a PR agency and previous crisis communications experience.
