Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Production Director (full-time) to lead our 4+ member production team in delivering high-quality content and campaigns for multiple platforms and channels.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on production experience, and operational leadership to manage both the business side and the creative output of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse production team of senior producers, producers, production managers, and interns, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Production Oversight: Oversee the production of various content types, from small-scale social media content to large-scale, high-budget productions involving international locations, talent, and partners.
  • Project Management: Work with the Business Director & Creative Director to oversee new briefs, creating smart project proposals that meet client goals and reflect realistic timelines and budgets.
  • Operational Oversight: Implement and refine operational frameworks and workflows in our CMS and budgeting systems, ensuring efficiency and output.
  • Client Relations: Play a key role in client interactions, ensuring all client needs are met while upholding Wolfstreet's high standards of quality and creativity.
  • Financial Management: Manage production budgets, controlling costs and margins, and ensuring profitability.
  • Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with service providers, international partners, directors, freelancers, and other suppliers.
  • Process Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in technical workflows, identifying opportunities to innovate within the production process.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 8+ years of experience in film, content production, and integrated campaigns, managing high-value productions and complex interdisciplinary projects.
  • Production Expertise: Extensive knowledge and experience in production management, budgeting for large-scale projects, collaborating with international partners, and post-production.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in strategic leadership, organizational planning, decision-making, and setting clear direction.
  • Team Management Experience: Proven experience in managing and inspiring a diverse team, fostering an energetic, collaborative, and high-performing environment.
  • Extensive Network: A well-established network of directors, crew members, suppliers, and production partners in the Netherlands and abroad.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities: Comfortable working under pressure, maintaining oversight of multiple projects, and solving problems on the fly.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, managing client relationships and delivering complex ideas and production strategies clearly and effectively.
