Key Responsibilities:- Manage a wide range of commercial contracts, including sales agreements, vendor contracts, and licensing agreements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Provide expert advice to management on commercial matters, including contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Identify potential commercial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, or litigation if necessary.
- A relevant Business, Legal, or Financial degree specialising in the field of commerce, commercial law, contracts, or financial modelling.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a contracts management, commercial law, or projects management environment.
- Strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Fluency in the Dutch and English language, verbally as well as in writing.
- Good commercial sense and strong writing and communication skills.
