About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Brand and Marketing Leader to join our team at NOWN. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Development: Design and execute cross-channel marketing strategies across SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Content Creation: Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and videography skills to produce high-quality content that resonates with diverse international markets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Leverage CRM systems to build deeper relationships with our global customer base, enhancing customer retention and growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Run ROI reports on marketing initiatives to analyze effectiveness and optimize future campaigns and budgets.
  • Global Strategy: Develop content that engages audiences in 42 different countries, ensuring our message resonates globally while staying true to NOWN's identity.
  • Entrepreneurial Leadership: Take ownership of the marketing function with an entrepreneurial mindset, managing strategies, budgets, and results as if running your own company within ours.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field. A Master's degree or background in design is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in marketing, focusing on digital marketing, content creation, and CRM systems.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, photography, and videography. Familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Analytical Abilities: Skilled in running data-driven campaigns and interpreting ROI reports to inform strategies.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-motivated and self-managing, with a desire to take ownership and drive projects to success.
  • Global Perspective: Interest in architecture and travel, capable of engaging with diverse international markets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written abilities, adept at managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
